Servicing process is very efficient
The whole servicing process is very efficient from initial booking and being kept informed of progress throughout the day.
Only disappointment was no provision of a courtesy car which had been shown as available on the website but they did advise me by phone so wasn't taken by surprise.

Car felt great to drive after full service and didn't take long at all. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the process and particularly liked the video I got sent of the machanic showing what jobs needed doing and future jobs that will need to be done too! Great experience and won't hesitate to go back when needed.

Brought a Hyundai i20 from themselves only yesterday but I've got to say the car is brilliant, couldn't ask for more. The process was quick and simple to buy the vehicle even being in the middle of a pandemic. The sales person who helped me through the process was Jon, could not fault the man. Bought a i10 Hyundai for my wife . They are very nice when selling you a car but DO NOT believe what they promise verbally make sure you have it in writing as we were promised 2 services .had service 1 2018.. now service 2 due but hey guess what they have no paperwork (very sneaky)

Highly recommend company
Staff are so friendly, welcoming and honest.
I was unsure as to what car I wanted, Tracey knew the car for me as soon as we started to talk, she took all my needs/information onboard and Gave me her honest opinion and talked me through all the pros and cons with the cars I was originally looking at.
Then I walked away with a test drive booked for the following day, fell in love and I’m now the owner of a limted edition Fiat 500s.

Highly recommend company
I was confused as to what car I wanted, I was looking round the cars I thought I’d of wanted, till Tracey came over to help and guide me through the process. She took all my information onboard and found me the perfect car, even after I said no I don’t want a Fiat 500, but in the end I’ve got myself a beautiful limited edition Fiat 500s.
I honestly highly recommend anyone who’s looking for a new (used) car to go down and speak with Tracey as she knows her stuff and understands your needs.

My hubby and l already owned a Tucson which we were very happy with, so when we received a phone call inviting us to the showroom for a coffee and a chat we didn't expect driving out with a Hybrid. This Ultimate Hybrid is absolutely amazing. It has everything we need to give us the perfect driving experience. We were met at the showroom by a lovely gentleman called Sultan who sat and listened to us and showed great interest in the stories we were telling him. Once we had decided to upgrade our car Sultan guided us through all the paperwork in great detail. He came with us on the test drive explaining how "she" works as we drove along. He was very knowledgeable about the car and answered every question we asked clearly. This is the third car we've purchased from All Electric on Worcester Road in Kidderminster. Our initial contact with Richard at All Electric in Kidderminster was very smooth we requested a test drive which happened the same day and went really well. After the initial contact We had a few issues with communication over the phone, if this had been with any other company, I may well not have continued, but we had had such a lovely experience When we went for our test drive that I wanted to give them another chance , rectified by the lovely Karl Who went above and beyond to repair the lack of communication. We went back to purchase our new Hyundai Kona helped by Richard. All went really smoothly. So my advice is if at first you don't succeed with communications ….keep trying as it will be worth it. Introducción	AEG was the first garage in England to be equipped with electric petrol pumps in 1917. Fifty years later, in 1967, our chairman, John Leek invested in our first garage, based in Greenfield Road, Harboune and in 1968 our second site opened opposite the original "AEG" the country's first self- service petrol station - hence our name!
Descripción	John's prior background as a trainee mechanic with "Evans and Kitchen" in Birmingham gifted him engineering qualifications and first-hand selling experience in a huge range of brands such as NSU, Skoda, BMW, Volvo and SAAB. So it was no surprise when he began multi-franchising with Triumph and MG during AEG's early years, and became the first dealership in the Midlands to operate a multi-franchise service. This trend grew organically through the 70's, 80's and 90's into a fourteen garage operation, selling Volvo's, Mazda, Hyundai, Austin Rover, Morris, Skoda, Citroen, Peugeot, Suzuki, Chrysler Jeep, TVR and many others. At its peak AEG employed nearly 300 people, but during the downturn fluctuations that hit the economic structure of the country, particular the motor-trade, we are glad to say that due to shrewd property decisions, the business has been steered to stable waters and still employs over 100 colleagues. In recent years we have moved away from the large showrooms and have steered in the direction of the internet, where we have found business is more accessible and prices are the most competitive. In fact 75% of all our used cars are sold over the internet, followed up by a showroom visit. The group sells and services thousands of new and used vehicles annually, and is proud to offer an oasis of stability for employees, management and customers; who can be safe in the knowledge that the faces stay the same and year after year, and they can deal with a team they know and trust.
