        The whole car buying process at Bluauto was excellent. The customer service was exceptional; we arrived on a busy Friday afternoon to an immediate welcome from Ben who guided us to a couple of cars suitable for budget and needs. A test drive for the Skoda Rapid followed, and Ben C then went through the rest of the process informatively and efficiently. He ensured the car had all advisories done from the most recent MOT including 2 new tyres and the car was spotless on handover. I doubt I will ever go anywhere else for anything car related again after such a positive experience! I can’t recommend them highly enough.

            From the choice of cars, to the knowledge of the sales staff, the whole experience was amazing. Drinks were offered, and a the salesman had a brilliant sense of humour. No judgement in regard to the deposit amount I paid, and the clearly high standards seemed to be sought by everyone there. The standard of care put into customer service was far higher than expected, even down to the final polish of the car as I was arriving (due to dusty conditions at the time!). Phenomenal! Definitely purchase your car here if they have one you want.

                        Was looking for a good used car looked on the internet and auto trader etc. come across the exact car that I was looking for. So reserved on the website and got a phone call from a salesman Ben Rees-Webbe asking when I’d like to come in for a test drive which was going to be difficult to as I stay in Edinburgh as that was not really going to happen Ben sent me a full and thorough video of the vehicle outside and in as I was certain that I would love the car. Ben advised me the best way to get to the showroom was to fly down and take a small train journey as he would meet me in the car and when I got there he was true to his word and was there. Would have no hesitation of ever not recommending Bluauto and Ben Rees-webbe 5⭐️Charles

They were very honest, helpful, answered all my questions, sent videos, and updates as promised. I had 100% trust in them, and they were true to their word. From the start, everyone was super professional and friendly, and there was zero pressure at any point. I called up and booked a test drive for the next day, and Victor looked after us - he was great and always happy to help.

                                                                                              Before I picked the car up, Bluauto sorted the service, MOT and valet, and even replaced two tyres and two sets of brake pads at no extra cost, which was a really nice touch.

                                                                                              I was on a tight one-week turnaround before heading back to university, and they were really accommodating. Everything was done on time, communication was solid throughout, and the whole process was genuinely stress-free.

                                                                                              Would 100% recommend and would happily buy from them again.

                                                                                                      I had a really positive experience purchasing a used car from this showroom. The salesman came in on a Sunday, even though they’re technically closed, just so I could test drive the car. He was friendly, professional, and never pushy, which made the whole experience stress-free. Everything was straightforward and easy from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend this showroom to anyone looking for a used car.
