Recently purchased a lovely VW Golf from these guys. Amazing service and responsiveness from everyone, particularly from young Ben R.

Thorough and generous in making sure the vehicles are in perfect nick: brand new clutch, brake pads and a new tyre; beyond what I'd ever expect.

I'd definitely recommend BluAuto for their trustworthiness and reasonable pricing. They'll be my go to when I'm next in the market for a new ride.

Very pleasant experience
Recently bought a VW Scirocco from Bluauto and the whole process was without pressure and easy. They said they would put anything right that they found when checking the car and were as good as their word, replacing all 4 tyres and the rear discs and pads. Thank you!

Popped back in with minor fault, annoying intermittent thing with a wing mirror, was of course working on that day. Anyway, was looked at, could not be fully diagnosed, and I am to get back in contact if fault occurs again: I am confident we will get it sorted.

I saw a polo on the Bluauto website that I liked and reserved it. I took it for a test drive and purchased it. Great trustworthy garage
Had my heart set on a mini, after 2 failed attempts from other garages not giving an honest description I came across Bluauto. They were very honest, helpful, answered all my questions, sent videos, and updates as promised. I had 100% trust in them, and they were true to their word. Excellent personal touch and couldn’t have been more helpful. Even offered to collect my husband from the train station! I’ve not changed my car in 11 years, so this really was a big deal to me. Great Experience
Had a really great experience buying my car from BlueAuto. From the start, everyone was super professional and friendly, and there was zero pressure at any point. I called up and booked a test drive for the next day, and Victor looked after us - he was great and always happy to help.

Before I picked the car up, Bluauto sorted the service, MOT and valet, and even replaced two tyres and two sets of brake pads at no extra cost, which was a really nice touch.

I was on a tight one-week turnaround before heading back to university, and they were really accommodating. Everything was done on time, communication was solid throughout, and the whole process was genuinely stress-free.

Would 100% recommend and would happily buy from them again.

I had a really positive experience purchasing a used car from this showroom. The salesman came in on a Sunday, even though they’re technically closed, just so I could test drive the car. He was friendly, professional, and never pushy, which made the whole experience stress-free. Everything was straightforward and easy from start to finish. I recently bought an Audi A3 from Bluauto and couldn’t be happier with the service. From my initial enquiry through to the handover, Ben’s customer service was second to none. Even with a last-minute change the day before the collection, Ben was more than happy to accommodate and made the whole process easy and stress-free.

A few weeks after purchase, the car developed a minor issue that couldn’t have been foreseen. I contacted Ben and within two days, the issue was resolved and the car was fixed.

Overall, the service from Ben and the team was excellent from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bluauto to anyone looking to buy their next car.

I have had a great experience buying from Bluauto. I arrived not knowing exactly what I wanted but knowing they had a good selection of cars to look at. The staff acknowledged us but let us have a general look around with no pressure or hard sell at all. We looked at a few cars, went on a test drive and made our choice. All the staff we had contact with were very friendly and polite. The transaction was very easy. Communication was great, the car was ready when it was supposed to be and the staff (Ben C) went over and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I can't praise these guys highly enough and would 100% recommend them.

From the moment when I first saw the car online, through the test drive, and up to my purchasing it, the service was excellent, with great personal attention. Two little things: my Brenda had a birthday that week (89) and received a bouquet from Blu Auto, while I was given a VW keyring which Ben had had in his desk. From the initial phone call to our driving away with a lovely car, we received excellent service, while the test drive, a week prior to purchase, was a pleasant experience, with Ben in the car to provide pointers and build one's confidence when driving an unfamiliar vehicle. My Brenda turned 89 at the end of November, and was thrilled to be presented with a bouquet of flowers. I viewed various vehicles on line as needed a new car fairly quick. I found Blu Auto via Autotrader and viewed the advertised VW Tiguan, I visited their website and was blown away at not just their stock but also the exceptional standard of their showroom. I made the visit and was met by Ben whom was polite and very much educated on the vehicles history which puts your mind at rest. Ben was outstanding and gave me various options of what could be provided with the vehicle and what Blu Auto would complete during the vehicles preparation process. From the first meeting, to preparation, purchase and collection Ben kept me updated throughout and also arranged for me to be picked up locally in order to collect my new car.
