      Bought a ford kuga from cwm, and after a little problem with the car, the staff there was very helpfull, they sorted problem out, unlike most car dealers who get your money and then dont want to know. I would deffinetly buy from cwm again and recomend them to anyone thinking of buying a car to check them out, they are helpful and happy to advice on any issues you may have👍

          Collected the car after 9 days from viewing it. As we had it ceramic coated and interior scotchguarded.
          Drove it home. (3m min drive)
          Only for us to have a problem the day after (no fault of cwm) but is getting rectified.
          Would highly recommend buying from here.

                  Harvey was absolutely fantastic. I was quite hesitant about buying a car from a garage I didn’t know, especially one located over 200 miles from my hometown. However, from the very first phone call, Harvey completely put me at ease. He even offered to pick us up from the station and explained all the additional checks they carry out, which really helped build confidence in the process.

                  He also shared some really useful tips on how I could save money when it comes to financing my next car, which I genuinely appreciated. On top of that, he’s simply a lovely, genuine person.

                  What stood out the most was the time he gave to me, my partner, and our daughter. We never felt rushed at all. We were able to take our time looking over the car, go for a test drive, and then complete the paperwork at our own pace. Harvey carefully talked us through everything, making sure we were comfortable and understood the whole process.

                  Even though we’re over 200 miles away, my partner has already said he’ll be coming back to this garage for his next car. And when the time comes for me to trade mine in, I will 100% be returning to Crompton Motors. Fantastic service from start to finish! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

                  He explained how its his family run business and he really does do his family proud with the service he provides and the passion he puts in to making Crompton way motors stand out from the rest!

                            Cannot praise Harvey enough for the fantastic service he gave us! He is so enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and professional! a very nice young man who is a credit to this family run business! In fact I would like to adopt him as my grandson lol.
                            The car I have bought is a Puegot 208 automatic and is in mint condition, with low mileage and a very good price too!
                            I have never driven a automatic before so was nervous about driving it home on the motorway but Harvey completely understood and kindly delivered the car for me!

                              The team were helpful but not pushy. Paul in particular advised me on the best way to manage getting Rd of my old car and starting freshwater a new finance company. He helped with the process throughout and rang me to check in. There was no pressure from anyone to make a decision o te spot and I felt comfortable browsing the stock without feeling obliged to buy.                                         Went to Crompton Way because they had plenty of choice of cars in my price range.. I went to look at a Mercedes GLA in particular and bought a different GLA.. MO Treated me like a member of his family, everyone else in the team showed interest and made me feel at home.. Mo sorted my plate transfer,so I could pick my car up with it on.. nothing was to much trouble.. Awards all over the walls, from my experience they haven't been given for nothing.. Thanks MO..

                                                                I got in touch with Crompton Way Motors after seeing a car I was interested in online & I’m glad I did! Harvey showed me the car, talked me through everything and I got my new car just after Christmas. When I went to pick up the car, it had been given a deep clean and a final check over, which i really appreciated. The service is great. Everyone in the office is friendly and you even get offered hot/cold drinks - might not mean a lot to some but the small things matter to me so thanks Harvey!                                                                           From the moment I arrived, Paul was polite, welcoming, and never pushy. He made the whole process feel relaxed and professional, and it genuinely felt like I was in good hands throughout.
                                                                          What stood out most was how kind and patient Paul and the rest of the team were with my family. My wife and our 6-month-old daughter stayed in the office while I was test driving, and when our daughter became a little upset, they were incredibly understanding and supportive. That meant a lot to us and made the experience far less stressful — my wife was especially happy with how we were treated.

                                                                                  I’m so glad I chose this car from Crompton Way. When I bought it, the inside felt brand new and the whole experience was smooth. The man who dealt with me (Mo Azam) was really respectful and made the process easy. Honestly the best decision I’ve made — highly recommend!

                                                                                    Went down on the Tuesday to look at the car & was driving it away on the Thursday. Quick & hassle free from start to finish. 👍

So thank you so much, from the moment I sent my enquiry literally recieved a phone call within minutes from Mo and from then everything was fab! I wasn't able to collect my new car due to working and it was no problem to hold this until I was available. Won't go anywhere else and would definatly reccomend if your looking for a new car!

From the moment we went to look at the cars to test driving and finding the right one for us Mo was there. He didnt try and sell or over sell anything he listened and showed us what was right for us. I would recommend CWM and Mo who works there. 5*

                                                                                                    We bought a car from this family run company after seeing the excellent reviews. They did not disappoint and they matched our expectations. After quite a long test drive and answering all our questions, we went back to the office confident in buying a good car with a good ’Car care’ package which included 4 brand new tyres, mot, service and 6 months warranty. As you enter their office you will see a glass cabinet with various awards. That says it all. Thanks guys and girls.
