Purchased a Volvo v70 from this company, great at making a sale but appalling in every other way.

Very clearly have no idea of customer service, no attempt at all was made to prepare the vehicle prior to collection, their idea of a pre dispatch service was an oil and oil filter change. I had to pay to have the air, fuel and cabin filter changed at my local garage and at my expense as all where in an horrendous condition.

They make a big statement about their caring approach to customer satisfaction and to contact them before leaving a negative review. I did contact them on numerous occasions only to be fobbed off with lies and that includes lies from the registered company director Gareth Williams who personally promised a resolution but did absolutely nothing.

I note the site in Crawford Street is now “permanently closed” Absolutely no surprise there really. A truly back street secondhand car sales set up.

Very good car dealership. Salesperson wasn’t pushy in any way. Very polite and helpful. No hard selling or following you around the place.

The guys left me and my mate to have a look over the car with no interference. We took our time and didn’t feel rushed like you usually do with dealerships. We come to a good deal which worked for both of us and I collected the car next day.

Keep an eye out on their cars, they have a nice range of different motors from affordable to high end, genuine honest guys with clearly a lot of experience and trust.

Professional guys and honestly I would buy my next car from here with no hesitation. Bonus thing was, they weren’t too far from me so 25 mins down the M4 and I was there.

Highly recommend to be honest. The gentleman kept me informed constantly about progress of my car. New mot put onto the car, good valet of the car. WE purchased a VW Polo as our son's first car and were extremely impressed by the professional, trustworthy and friendly service we received. We reserved the car for a small sum, unseen but with the option to complete the purchase within 10 days. This gave us the opportunity to check the car out (via a third party on-line service) and to arrange time to travel to Newport (a 4 hour round trip). It proved a smart decision as the car was just what we were looking for: tidy, low mileage and properly looked after. Expeditious & pleasurable process
Arrived at 9am was attended on the spot and by 10am the whole process was done, this was my first purchase of a car so I didn't know exactly what to do, luckily for me Dan explained to me the whole process helped me with the tax and registration of the vehicle and also told me where to look for good insurance deals.

Superb attention and all the staff was very friendly 10/10.

Fine but lack of attention to detail
Everyone was pleasant enough. Friendly. Car was decent and transactions were smooth.

Just a few things which could have made it better. We had to chase for receipts and confirmation the car was ready. When we picked it up there was no fuel despite an agreement it would be full. They followed us to te garage to pay for it but it meant an extra 30mins faff. The rear light was broken which we'd pointed out on the test drive and they agreed to change. Yet more faff.

And there was no windscreen washers fluid. But it had been filled with just water.

So, like I said. Just fine.
