Great car, great experience
No faffing about whatsoever, we came to a great deal without any lengthy back and forth or umming and ahhing. They handled everything professionally and smoothly, the car was ready to drive away but I had to sort out finance, dealers got all the necessary details ironed out the next day and I picked up the car the day after that, no hiccups, no lies, really genuine attitude, I wasn’t upsold on anything and they threw in 3 months warranty without me even knowing. Best experience any customer could ask for at a car dealership!

Contacted Motorconnect today, I was looking to reduce my bills. Graham advised me they have an Insignia which I thought would be too expensive but turns out I actually pay less per month than my old car and got a really good price for my trade in. Reece put my finance application through and it is now ready for collection, all done in an hour, ready for collection. Thank you Motorconnect! 😁

Despite living in Devon and them being in Northwich I decided to take a leap of faith in Motor Connect as the car was the closest to the spec I needed after searching nationally. Although all negotiation was by phone due to the distance involved I can honestly say that Reece was at all times friendly and helpful, instilling the confidence to cough up a deposit sight unseen. On arrival at the dealership everything was clean and smooth, the car exactly as described and prices agreed were adhered to with no issues at all. Even at this distance I would have no hesitation in buying from Reece and Motor Connect again. Thanks again Reece am very happy with the X3.

Got sold a duffer
Bought a car with a 3 month warranty thrown in. After 2 weeks, the engine management light came on. Warranty co agreed to put it on diagnostics, and the same garage did a walkround. The amount of faults found was unreal, including brakes (all round). The car came with 12 months MOT with no advisories! How can you sell a car with full MOT when it has dodgy brakes! Won't be buying from here again, or recommending to others! Buyers beware. If the engine management light had came on outside the warranty period, I would have been well and truly up the creek!

Experience was more than expected
Being a customer that is buying one of the cheapest models on the lot, I was treated like any other customer would be.
Extensive effort was done to make sure my purchase is carried out properly.
This is both the first time I buy a car in UK, and first time buying online.
A walkthrough video was sent for the car, and MOT was done right after deposit was made, as well as a full check on car to determine all is working well.
Was a wonderful experience, and will definitely return again as I drive quite a lot being a consultant.
Looking forward to my next purchase.
