    We had a pop ad from Car Guru and were looking for another VW. The ad was professional and factual and the price was noted as fair. We contacted Darrin via the ad to arrange to see the car. Darrin responded quickly and we arranged a viewing time and test drive.

    Darrin was a very genuine man with a long history in the trade. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He advised us about the car, put no pressure on us at all and we quickly built trust in him.

    We bought the car and his attentive personal service continued.

    When we picked the car up, all papers were in order, the car had been valeted again and fuel in the tank.

    I can honestly say Darrin was a joy to deal with and we would highly recommend Silver Birch if you’re looking for a quality second hand vehicle and a great customer service that is second to none.

      After visiting a main dealer, I was instantly impressed with the personal approach at Silver Birch Motor Company. They provided me with a warm dry environment to view the car, gave me as much time as I needed and were on hand to answer all questions. On top of that, I received a great deal. I will be back as soon as I am ready to change this car as it’s a great place.

        Could not be more impressed with the service provided by Darrin. From initial phone call, to providing additional videos and photos of the vehicle, to meeting him and discussing all aspects of the vehicle.           Superb experience from enquiring about the car right through to collecting. Darren was more concerned with me checking and test driving the car than sorting finances. There was no rushing and Darren explained everything in detail.
          I have bought many vehicles, used and new, over the years but never experienced anything that compared to the way I was dealt with.

                                    I can honestly say the best car buying experience I've ever encountered. Darrin, the owner, is one of the nicest blokes you'd ever wish to meet and when buying a car, nothing was too much trouble. Painless handover, and paperwork.
                                    You know its a good establishment when you put "siverbirch motors " phone number permanently in your contacts for definate future purchases.
                                    Would totally recommend to anyone.
                                    Oh, and the car we bought was pretty damn good too.

                                            Great experience from start to finish. Nice to come across a decent used car dealer who is honest, straight up with nothing to hide. The car we purchased was a little older than the dealers usual stock but it was presented in the same way as everything much more expensive. Very informative, nothing was to much trouble.                                                                             Awesome experience. I literally made one phone call to organise things and agree on a price. When arrived to inspect the car, it was better than described and we had our time to check every detail. This is a family business with high ratings as they make sure you will drive away with a big smile like we did 😊

                                                                              I had been looking to buy a used car with low mileage for some time, spoken with various sales people who had rushed through the call, trying to sell me things in their shops as opposed to listening to me & what I wanted. Darrin was patient, easy going, and it was clear that all the cars in his garage were uniquely selected due to the high quality and shape they were in. He gave a great price on the car and was extremely helpful throughout the process - highly recommended.

                                                                                      Darrin made us feel very welcome. He has a friendly attitude and does not use pressure selling tactics. I had phoned before hand and the car was waiting for us to test drive, he handed us the keys and let us take it out. This was a part exchange deal and he made us a very attractive and generous offer for our car which we accepted. On collection the car was spotlessly clean, with some fuel so no issues driving away. All the paperwork was at hand and an absolutely flawless handover took place. Top marks to Darrin and his team, Many Thanks from a very happy customer.

                                                                                              Viewed a car tues 20th July, no pressure from dealer, left to view car at our leisure and test drive it. Paid a deposit, all paper work sorted by Darrin, we just had to arrange payment. Collected car sat 24th, keys handed over and it was done. Car is in fantastic condition, at a great price, highly recommend Silver Birch Motor Company!
